Giorgio Raimondo
Aaahhh… Giorgio…
Giorgio is the great grandson of Donna Maria… The one and only, the one who started cooking to support the family in the small house in Puglia where she was born.
Since then, three generations have followed her with Giorgio at the head of a brigade of 20 people.
